GI Protocols
Seven Governance Protocols
Offline tools that record why a decision was acceptable when it was made, and show you when it stops being acceptable.
Choose your ProtocolsRuns on your own computer
Each Protocol is a single file you open in your browser. No server and no account.
Your records stay with you
Nothing you enter is sent to Governed Intelligence or anyone else.
Pay once, maintain annually
A one-time price for each Protocol, with a separate annual maintenance fee.
What each Protocol does
Each Protocol is its own tool for one kind of decision, so you can buy one or several. Each one imports your existing records from JSON or CSV files.
Waiver Governance
Is this exception bounded, owned, and still valid?
Records each waiver, deviation, or conditional approval as a structured entry: what was approved and why, the assumptions behind it, the dependencies it relies on, when it expires, and who approved it. A guided form walks you through each entry, and the register and reports give you every waiver in one place to review or hand to an auditor.
Assumptions Governance
What is each decision assuming, and is it still true?
Keeps a register of the assumptions your approvals rest on, each with an owner, a validation method, an expiry date, and the decisions that depend on it. A drift dashboard shows which assumptions are expiring or invalid, a dependency graph shows what rests on them, and a validation log records every check.
Dependency Drift
When something upstream changes, which approvals no longer stand?
Tracks the things your decisions depend on, such as a supplier component, a software library, or a data source, and records each time one changes. A guided five-step response takes you through every drift event, a notification log records what suppliers told you and when, and trend analysis shows which dependencies keep drifting.
Audit Reconstruction
Can you show what was decided, on what evidence, and by whom?
Organizes your response when an auditor, customer, or investigator asks about a past decision. You log each piece of evidence, graded by how well it can be verified, and record any gaps along with the inferences you had to make to fill them. Certification always stays with a named person; the tool never certifies on your behalf.
Supplier Recurrence
Is this supplier’s exception a one-off or a pattern?
Logs supplier concessions and scores them for recurrence, counting how often they happen, whether the root cause repeats, whether severity is rising, and whether the intervals between them are shrinking. A pattern log shows recurrence as it forms, and a notification and corrective-action tracker records how you responded.
Cross-Build Propagation
Did this approval carry into the next build without being re-examined?
Tracks approvals carried from one build or program into the next and follows each chain back to the decision that created it. It flags propagation that required a fresh evaluation and didn’t get one, and a lineage viewer shows how far an approval has traveled from its source.
Unresolved Concession Clustering
Are small exceptions adding up to a large problem?
Scans your concession register for exceptions that were approved one at a time but concentrate around the same system, supplier, requirement, or root cause. It proposes clusters for you to confirm, scores their severity, and tracks remediation. It also blocks closing a large or severe cluster one concession at a time.
Carry Forward Ledger
A separate product for claims that move between companies, such as a supplier’s statement about a part or a software component. It has its own page and its own checkout.

The price depends on how many Protocols you buy, not which ones. The first costs $1,997 and each additional Protocol costs $1,697. Annual maintenance is $350 per Protocol.
